Founded by Amisha Moorjani and led by Executive Chef Maneesh Cornelius, The Food Quotient offers organic, wholesome, delicious, plant-based, and halal meal choices for families, offices, and athletes. After completing her Bachelors in Foods & Nutrition, and MBA in Information Systems Management, Amisha worked for another 12 years in Big Five Banks before eventually turning to her true passion and family heritage in food and entrepreneurship, to establish "The Food Quotient". Executive Chef Maneesh Cornelius is a culinary force to be reckoned with - working across various renowned hospitality positions such as Lakeview Palace (Part of The Taj Group of Hotels), Scotiabank Arena, Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager for Baton Rouge, General Manager at Swiss Chalet in Downtown Toronto, Executive Chef of Cara Foods at Toronto Pearson Airport, and as a Private Chef to a Sheikh in Dubai. Together, Amisha and Chef Maneesh pours their hearts into The Food Quotient, nourishing the whole community with delectable meals that's equally nutritious.
